Shipping & Returns
Current Shipping prices are only valid to ship to New Zealand, but feel free to contact us directly via our Contact Us page, and we will give you a quote for shipping to any other country.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, You can contact us directly for the tracking number if it is required.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Damages and Claims
Subject to legislative requirements which cannot be altered by contract, and at our discretion, customers are entitled to receive a replacement or refund or equivalent amount of credit, if they receive goods that are over or short supplied, not ordered, damaged or faulty. Notification must be made to Learning Staircase Ltd on telephone number +64 3 313 3625 within 30 days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise The Learning Staircase Ltd within 30 days may result in your request being declined.
Returned goods must be received by The Learning Staircase Ltd complete and in the original packaging and condition in which they were delivered to you, for a credit to be issued.
If you change your mind about a product after delivery, we may at our discretion provide you with a refund or an equivalent amount in credit, minus original delivery cost. A return request must be made to The Learning Staircase Ltd on telephone number +64 3 313 3625 within 30 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer any refunds on Computer software unless damaged.
Once a return request has been approved, The Learning Staircase Ltd will provide you with details of how to return the goods. All returned goods must be received complete and undamaged.
